Refund Policy

Standard Return Policy

We understand sometimes products need to be returned. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product.

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt within 30-days return policy for all items from the delivery date and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following:

  • Products can be returned only in the country or region in which they were originally purchased.
  • Returned items must arrive at our facility within 20 days from the end of return eligibility
  • We will process your refund within 2 business days of the return arriving at our facility.
  • Items under $10: To save on shipping and processing costs, items valued under $10 may be automatically refunded without a physical return.
  • The total refund amount includes the return’s price plus tax and any applicable fees as long as the item is returned as “new.”

Return shipping fees:

  • ​For customers that change their mind, order items by mistake, find a better price, or receive an item that doesn’t fit as expected, a $5.50 return shipping fee will be applied and taken out of your refund value
  • For items that are late, damaged or poor quality, incorrect, or don’t match the description we will not charge a return shipping fee. A full refund of the original shipping cost plus the cost of the item, including tax will be issued.
  • If the return is for only part of an order, or is an item that was shipped with other items that aren’t being returned, the original shipping fee will not be refunded.
