ES05 is a valve system that has been designed especially for standard pneumatic applications and industrial automation. With flows up to 0.61 Cv, ES05 is sufficient to cover the majority of applications. Simple, flexible and efficient – without the bells and whistles.

Configurable valve systems, suitable for use in food processing

Ceram™ valves – eliminates downtime, they don’t stick. This valve is exceptionally tolerant of dirty/contaminated air supply due to ceramic sliding plates. Perfect for harsh environments where other valves fail. Extended life – anticipated life of 150 million cycles.

Pneumatic directional control valves feature a lightweight, polymer construction. Integral air line tube fittings are molded into the valve body for convenience and cost savings. The unique diaphragm/poppet design allow a fast response time and long life. Used as a single inline valve, or the same valve can be assembled easily into a modular valve manifold with additional valves.

Aventics 503 Valve series provides higher flow and higher reliability in one versatile valve platform. Our 503 Series is available in dual 3-Way and 4-Way solenoid air pilot actuated valves. 503 Series valves are available with manifold or individual base mountings, proprietary or ISO 15407. Numatics 503 series valves are compatible the Numatics G3 Fieldbus Electronics Platform.

Aventics ISO Valves adhere to the specific mounting footprint established by the International Standards Organization (ISO).

Aventics 2000 Series valves offer advanced circuit board technology inside. All are Fieldbus Electronics capable.

Aventics directional control line of valves are available in a wide range of port sizes and Cv flow capacity.
