Overview:
Ceram™ valves – eliminates downtime, they don’t stick. This valve is exceptionally tolerant of dirty/contaminated air supply due to ceramic sliding plates. Perfect for harsh environments where other valves fail. Extended life – anticipated life of 150 million cycles.
- Expected service life exceeds 150 million cycles
- ISO 5599/1 Sizes 1, 2, 3, and 4
- 1/4″, 3/8″, 1/2″, 3/4″, and 1″ NPT port sizes on subbases and manifold segments (subbases and manifold segments with ISO G – BSPP ports also available)
- Flow capacity of 1.1 Cv (Size 1), 2.4 Cv (Size 2), 4.3 Cv (Size 3), & 7.5 Cv (Size 4)
- Working pressure: 0 to 150 psi, except intrinsically safe versions the maximum pilot valve pressure is 115 psi
- Vacuum applications to 24″ Hg
- Models include single or double solenoid and air pilot. Explosion proof and intrinsically safe solenoids available
- Standard valves are rated for NEMA 4
- Wide range of accessories including sandwich speed controls and regulators
